Everything you see and do on your computer or on the internet is created by a software program. Some major examples of software programming are Windows on your personal computer and the Google search engine on the internet. Windows is the most used operating system in the world that allows other programs to function and people to use. You can view Windows operating system as a blank page with lines in it, and the text and images that fill the blank page are other programs added onto the page. The same principle applies for Google except on the internet. People search for things everyday on Google, and the Google search engine provides links to webpage's that have viable information people are looking for. Both of these platforms Windows operating system, and Google search engine were created using a programming langue.

The Different Type of Programming

The essence and foundation of any programming language is math. On mathematic principles every program is built, that is just the way things are, and without math, there would be no programming. Now since math is the foundation of programming and is the one universal language that people understand, people began creating based on math different programming languages. Currently there are hundreds and probably even thousands of different programming languages created, and they can cause quite a headache when one programming language is trying to tell you something in a language that you do not understand. A similar example would be an American giving direction in English to an Indian that does not speak any English. Now the American can use hand signals "math in the programming world" to point in the right direction, but you can only go so far on that.
